Administration
3.1 The work of the Federation shall be conducted by:
a. The General Assembly
b. The Executive Committee
c. The Committees, and other bodies set up under the provisions of the Statutes and B y-Laws.
The composition and functions of these bodies are defined in the Statutes and By-Laws and the application of the Statutes in this respect is laid down in detail in certain of the By-Laws
3.2 The work of the Federation shall be directed by the General Assembly, which is composed of delegates appointed by the Adhering Bodies together with the Executive Committee.
3.3 The Executive Committee shall be the body with continuing responsibility for the affairs of the Federation and shall be answerable to the General Assembly in this respect.
3.4 Under Statute 8.6 the President shall be responsible to the Executive Committee for decisions upon matters within the competence of the Federation which the President may make in order to ensure the smooth development of the day-to-day activities of the Federation.
